GENERAL RULES



Complying with vacation rental regulations is a contractual requirement.

1. General Requirements



All guests must comply with all the rules of this vacation rental during their stay.

2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD



This property is prepared for the enjoyment of the whole family. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of the children accompanying them during their stay (especially with regard to the swimming pool and the terrace).


Guests should keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the other residents of the urbanization, especially during the hours of rest (between 22h and 08h).

3. VISITS



The maximum number of people allowed in the property is 5 people. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all property rules are followed.

4. USE OF THE PROPERTY



Due to the family character of the property and the urbanization, parties and celebrations are strictly prohibited. This is an urbanization specially designed for rest and relaxation.
Any small gathering should take into account the rules already expressed in terms of noise and neighborhood.
Kindly use all the furniture and services with respect and care and try to leave everything as you found it.

5. SMOKE



Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property and on the grassy areas (fire hazard), and there are smoke detectors inside the property connected to a fire alarm system that will activate the fire department in case of an alarm.

6. PARKING



The property has assigned parking space number 11, located just in front of the entrance of the property.
In case of needing more parking spaces, the parking lots located outside the urbanization must be used. Under no circumstances may a different parking space be used

7. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING



It is forbidden to throw wet wipes in the toilet because they clog the drains and have a negative impact on the environment. Guests are responsible for garbage and recycling and shall not leave any type of waste in common areas or public areas. Garbage containers are located at the entrance of the urbanization, the bags must be deposited inside the containers.

8. SECURITY



Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are securely closed to maintain safety and prevent rain damage. Guests are required to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans and electronic devices when they are not needed to save energy. Air conditioners may not be left on when not in the house or with exterior doors and windows open.

9. POOL



The pool has no hours of use, it may be used as long as the rules already expressed in terms of noise and neighborhood are respected. For safety reasons, the use of glass objects near the pool is not allowed. Guests are solely responsible for the safety of children. It is strictly forbidden to dive headfirst into the pool (depth 1.5meters), ladders must be used to enter and exit safely. The pool will be cleaned once a week, we will inform you of the specific day.

10. TERRACE



Guests must supervise any children when using the terrace because of the danger it poses
it represents.

11. ANIMALS



Animals are prohibited on this property.

12. BARBECUES



Barbecues are prohibited because of the risk of fire due to the artificial turf.

13. DAMAGES AND FLAWS



Any damage or damage must be reported as soon as possible to the contact number. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a reduction of the deposit. In order to avoid damages, it is forbidden to move furniture from one room to another. The towels placed in the bathroom may not leave the property (for example, to go to the beach). In the property there are other towels with this function.

14. CHECK-OUT PROCESS



Check-out is available until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please ask before your departure about late check-out. Be sure to leave everything picked up and throw away the garbage before leaving. Remember to check everything well before your departure so that nothing is left behind.

15. EMERGENCY INFORMATION



In case of emergency the contact number is 1-1-2.

16. COMPLIANCE



Failure to comply with any of these rules implies non-compliance with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental contract.
Failure to respect the above points may result in penalties such as loss or reduction of the deposit, as well as eviction from the property.
