Villa Dolce Vita is obliged to collect and register the following personal data with the National Police Force (CNP) of all guests over the age of 14 staying at Villa Dolce Vita within 24 hours of their arrival: first name, last name, passport /ID card number, gender, date of birth, country/nationality. For children under 14 years old, we are obliged to register name, surname, sex and age. For administrative purposes, other parties who may have access to your personal data include the agency, email servers and websites, and third party booking platforms you may use. All of these parties comply with the GDPR. The La Dolce Vita website is hosted by Piensa Solutions (Tesys Internet SLU), which is fully GDPR compliant.How long we keep your personal data:
In the case of quotes or requests for information, La Dolce Vita deletes all personal data after 6 months. In the case of services provided, we retain personal data for 5 years to comply with Spanish tax obligations. We are required by law to retain all personal data registered with HospederÃa for 3 years, at which time this data is deleted. This data is stored in paper and/or electronic format. Paper copies are kept in a locked drawer, while electronic copies are stored on a password-protected desktop computer, equipped with firewall and anti-virus software and regularly updated with security updates. The drawer and desktop computer are located in the Dolce Vita manager's usual home.Your access rights to your data:
